Tuscan style custom wood doors featuring an arched top double door design. The solid wood doors are hand crafted with raised panel profile molding designed to continue the beautiful flowing lines from the top arch and windows. The glass panels feature 3/4-inch thick insulated glass protected by a decorative custom iron door grill. The Tuscan style horizontal ?S? shape custom door handles feature a center twist design and decorative back-plate with a dead bolt surround. Included in this pre-hung custom double door are stationary door security slide bolts, adjustable crush-proof threshold, self sealing door sweeps, roller style door latches, self-closing adjustable tension hinges, weather stripping, and deadbolt lock.

This custom door is handmade by American master level craftsmen under the direct supervision of designer and artist H.J. Nick at ArtFactory.com, an American manufacturer of custom doors, gates, and fine hand crafted furnishings based in Scottsdale, Arizona. All wood doors are made from hand hewn, mortise and tenon construction from solid, full length, air-dried timber, and fine art finished using a 10-step hand rubbed process to ensure the beautiful and longevity of the door. Custom door hardware including the iron door grill and custom door handles are artfully crafted by the hands of our master blacksmiths using solid, hand forged wrought iron that has been finished with hand applied and heat cured patinas. We build all our custom wood doors using old world, hand crafted techniques to ensure your virtually maintenance free fine furnishing lasts for generations.
