All of our custom doors are built with the highest quality materials available anywhere. This includes genuine, solid, full length timber that has been naturally cured in the Scottsdale, Arizona desert air, and hand hewn mortise and tenon construction. Handmade in the USA by skilled master craftsmen, and guaranteed to last forever with little or no maintenance.

At ArtFactory.com we believe in building furniture and doors that are not something that you just use for a few years and then throw away. Building items that are disposable is a practice that is unique to the past fifty years. In the old world, when a piece of furniture was built, it was built from solid, natural materials by master craftsmen. Most importantly, it was built to last forever. Something like a solid wood entrance door would be passed down through a family for generations along with the home that was also built to last forever. With the rustic wood panel door, handcrafted from solid, full length timber, we have carried that tradition of built to last craftsmanship into the 21st century. A true modern masterpiece inspired by craftsman design, and built with tried and tested, old world methods and materials. It is our belief that when you buy a solid wood door from ArtFactory.com, that is will be the last door you ever have to buy for that entrance.

This type of product cannot be build overnight, or with low quality materials. That is why we use the highest quality, genuine solid wood, and built it by hand, using the age old, tried and tested method of mortise and tenon joineryThis type materials and construction make for a product that will stand the test of time. This custom full surround sidelight, rustic wood panel door features a traditional, symmetrical 15 raised wood panel design. There are 3 rows of 5 wood panels on the solid wood front door, and matching sidelights, and transom windows that mirror the wood panels on door blade, all inside of a solid wood, flat door jamb. Furthermore, the glass panels have been hand cut to fit precisely into the door and solid wood door jamb. The matching, transom and sidelight windows feature thick tempered glass, and creates a fluid design throughout the entire entrance. Like all of our doors that incorporate the use of glass, it has been custom engineered to allow just the right amount of light into the room. It's this type of fluid design through the entire design that separates world class fine art pieces, from ordinary mass production products. Although this is a flat topped door, in a flat jamb as pictured, this design can be built with semi or full arched top or jamb, and for interior, exterior, residential, or commercial use. In fact, any of our custom wood door designs can be made into gates as well!

Building heirloom furniture and doors intended to last forever is one of the primary ways we all have in achieving some small part of immortality.
