Every great door begins with the wood itself. We use only naturally air-cured timber, seasoned over years, not days.

While fast-paced factories rush wood through kiln dryers, we let nature stabilize the fibers slowly, the same way craftsmen did centuries ago. This prevents warping, shrinking, twisting, and cracking — and creates a timber that becomes stronger and more stable with age.

Timber Construction

This is not a hollow core, not laminated, and not engineered wood.
It is a full 4-inch-thick solid timber mortise and tenon slab, giving you:

Hand-Forged Wrought Iron Hardware

Every hinge, handle, and decorative element is hand-forged by master blacksmiths from solid wrought iron. Nothing is cast, hollow, or stamped. Each piece is hammered at the anvil, textured by hand, and finished with natural iron oxide patina that will never chip, peel, or wear away.

These are not “decorative” components — they are functional, structural, and built for life.

Our wood finishes will never crack, flake, chip, or peel off like paints and powder coats. That is because our hand rubbed stain infusion process begins with fine hand sanding, and infused open grain hand applied stains. Furthermore, additional steps add natural oils, waxes, and lacquers with curing between each step. That puts the finish into the wood, not just sprayed on. This means a finish that will stay beautiful for generations with little or no maintenance.

Hand-Rubbed, Multi-Layer Artisan Finish

Our finish process follows the same principles used by Old-World furniture makers:

Deep-penetrating stains
Iron oxide and mineral pigments
Multiple hand-rubbed sealing layers
A breathable, weather-resistant
