The America’s Anniversary Door
A Monument to Craftsmanship, Patriotism, and America’s Next 250 Years
This is not just a door. It is a monument. It is not decoration. It is architecture with purpose, built to endure for generations. Designed by H.J. Nick and built by the master artisans at ArtFactory.com, every element is created with one purpose.

Description
A Legacy Of American Craftsmanship Since 1913
Rooted in the Marabella, Ghiglieri, and Hardas family traditions — this work represents over a century of American master craftsmanship, carried forward into America’s next 250 years.
Guided by a philosophy aligned with Frank Lloyd Wright — build with purpose, build to last — this is work created not for a moment, but for history.
This door stands as the union of artistry, engineering, symbolism, and permanence.
H.J. NICK — Artist, Master Builder, Renaissance Man
At the center of this vision stands H.J. Nick — artist, master builder, CEO, and true Renaissance man.
For over 60 yrs, his work brings together architecture, engineering, structural design, and fine art into one unified expression. He does not separate beauty from strength, or symbolism from structure. In his world, all of it must work together.
His guiding belief is simple:
If it is worth building, it must be built to last forever.
That principle lives in every proportion, every carving, and every structural decision within this door and his body of work.
A True American Collaboration
This level of work is only possible through long-term trust, shared standards, and decades of experience.
Every major work produced by ArtFactory.com is the result of a dedicated team:
- H.J. Nick — Vision, Design & Master Builder, CEO
- Michelle S. Hardas — CFO, Production Manager & Design Engineering (36+ years)
- Tony Hardas — Commercial Sales & Design (42 years)
- Karla Cox — Sales, Design Development & Coordination (30 years)
Together, they represent generations of experience working side by side to create work at the highest level.
Build it right. Build it to last.
The Presidential Eagle
At the heart of the door is a signature centerpiece: A solid bronze American eagle by Artist, Mark Russo, CEO of Foundry Michelangelo, rooted in the Ghiglieri family tradition.
The eagle is paired with a Liberty Bell, and both are finished in 24-karat gold plating, bringing ceremonial presence, national symbolism, and lasting distinction to the work. This same eagle was accepted by President Donald J. Trump for the Oval Office.
Here, it has been elevated beyond presentation into a permanent architectural statement — transforming recognized presidential art in to a monumental American threshold.
How It Is Built
This is not a conventional door. It is a structural work of art.
Built at over 10 feet tall and 4 inches thick, it is constructed with solid full-mass materials, not veneers or superficial overlays. Its deeply hand-carved surface gives the work dimension, movement, and authority, while its architectural-grade engineering gives it the strength to endure for generations.
The bronze eagle and Liberty Bell are not decorative afterthoughts. They are integral to the design — permanently set into the composition and elevated by their 24K gold finish.
Every element is there for a reason:
- Commanding scale
- full structural mass
- Deep hand carving
- Permanent bronze relief
- 24-karat gold-plated centerpiece elements
- Engineering equal to its artistic ambition
The result is a door with true weight, permanence, and presence — physically and symbolically.
The Symbolism
This door was designed to say something unmistakable about America.
The Eagle stands for strength, vigilance, and sovereignty.
The Liberty Bell stands for freedom, sacrifice, and responsibility.
The gold inscription marks the national milestone:
. . . America’s Anniversary, Semiquincentennial — July 4th, 1776–2026
Together, these elements honor a nation at 250 years — a country still being built, still being tested, and still called to greatness.
Patriotism In Action
For generations, this work has been driven by more than craftsmanship. It has been driven by patriotism expressed through action.
The "Freedom Table" was gifted to President Donald J. Trump and the American people as a statement of respect for the nation and the principles it represents.
. . . That legacy continues.
Now, an 8-foot all-gold patinated eagle for a new ballroom is in development — ordered by President Trump and funded through private donations—continuing a mission to create lasting American symbols of strength, excellence, and national pride.
What This Door Represents
A door is never just an object. It is a threshold. It marks the passage from one place to another, from one era to the next. This door represents where America has been, what it has built, and what it still has the power to become:
- It honors craftsmanship.
- It honors patriotism.
- It honors permanence.
- It honors the new golden age
Most of all, it asks a national question:
What kind of future will we build for the next 250 years?
Final Statement
This is not just a door. It is a monument — to American master craftsmanship, to patriotism expressed through work, and to a future built in strength, purpose, and permanence with the promise of the American Dream.
