While fast-paced factories rush wood through kiln dryers, we let nature stabilize the fibers slowly, the same way craftsmen did centuries ago. This prevents warping, shrinking, twisting, and cracking — and creates a timber that becomes stronger and more stable with age.
This is the quiet secret behind a door that truly lasts forever.
TRUE 4-INCH THICK SOLID TIMBER CONSTRUCTION
This is not a hollow core, not laminated, and not engineered wood.
It is a full 4-inch-thick solid timber mortise and tenon slab, giving you:

- Incredible thermal and sound performance

HAND-RUBBED, MULTI-LAYER ARTISAN FINISH
Our finish process follows the same principles used by Old-World furniture makers:
