This desk is hand hewn, mortise, pegged and doweled, and built from natural, air cured solid exotic cedar cypress. It features six drawers on American made easy glide tracks, two pull out writing shelves, one cabinet with adjustable shelving, and a drop down, pull-out center shelf. All drawers have custom, hand forged grapevine iron pulls, and cabinet doors are master hand carved with a grape cluster design.

All wood has been finished with 10 processes of hand rubbed lacquer over the dark, modern tar colored stain. Our finish process includes five to ten coats of hand rubbed furniture quality clear oils, or water based non-toxic lacquers. It is applied, cured, rubbed and re-applied depending upon your order, are limited edition or old growth original works. Every surface of this furnishing is finely finished including the undersides and hidden areas. These furnishings are built to investment quality, and are finished to both virtually maintenance free and stand the test of time. You may choose the natural color, from over 400 standard stain colors, or we will computer color match to any color stain you may desire. Most of our finishes are water based and earth friendly.

Hand Forge Iron Main Frame, Cedar Cypress Top Hutch, And Matching Chair

The custom winery office desk functions as a complete office center with its matching hutch. The hutch features a solid wrought iron frame with blacksmith forged and anvil hammered grape, leaf, and vine accents. All iron is patina finished with oxides hand applied at over 1000 degrees Fahrenheit. Each of the six doors has a recessed panel design, while the two end doors feature additional grape cluster and leaf carvings. All iron and woodwork is completely custom and all wood is finished inside and out with five coats of hand rubbed lacquer.

The matching chair to the custom winery office desk features hand hewn, solid cedar cypress construction. Additionally, the hand forged twig and leaf back support has a varied patina finish. The cushions are high density foam that may be upholstered with your choice of fabric or full grain leather. The legs and frame are a full 2" sq. and are pegged and doweled.
