Description

Created in a traditional western style, this cowboy chandelier features wild horse silhouettes gallop the perimeter of an iron fence – while circling a genuine rawhide tepee. This chandelier’s body is a band of solid iron with turquoise inlays, while the bottom dome is hand stretched rawhide. The entire custom chandelier is supported by twisted iron braces (adorned with custom forged horseshoes and horse head medallions) that hang by hook and chain from a decorative canopy. H.J. Nick has taken symbols of the American West and incorporated them into a piece of fine, handcrafted artwork. Every aspect of construction is by the hands of our master blacksmiths and skilled artisans in order to create the highest quality work available. All finishes are patine, create by hand applying oxides to the raw iron and then curing them at over 1000 degress to bond with the metal and create a finish that is a permanent part of the metal. A patina will never fade, chip, or crack, and will only improve with age. This custom chandelier is UL listed.
