Our Talented Blacksmiths Can Create One Of A Kind Piece Of Art Just For You
Every product we make is customized any way you request, style or design you want. We draw inspiration from history of this wrought iron entrance gate in Dublin Ireland. H.J Nick loves not only the arts but history as well. With this entrance gate it is decorated in meticulous scroll design and symmetrical bars. Here at ArtFactory.com our master blacksmiths use the same centuries old technique when hand forging our wrought iron gates and hardware. In our art of creating our custom entry gates we use methods of forging; coal fired and anvil hammered. Our master blacksmiths, hand forged our wrought iron pieces, they are never hollowed or casted copies. Our patina finish is hand applied, using a special patented process, where oxides are bonded into the metal at over 1000 degrees, meaning these custom wrought iron gates are guaranteed to never erode.
History Of Ireland And Strength Of Never Letting Go Of Their Beloved Country
The Mansion House was built in 1710 by the merchant and property developer Joshua Dawson, for whom Dawson Street is named. Dublin Corporation purchased the house in 1715 for assignment as the official residence of the Lord Mayor. One of the most well known feature of this Mansion is the ?Round Room? where the First Dail got together in 1919 and announced the Irish Declaration of Independance. This is significant because at that time was when the very pronounced tension between the Irish and the Ulster volunteers was mounting.
In August 2006, the loyalist paramilitary Ulster Volunteer Force claimed they had planted a bomb in the Mansion House in 1981, in an attempt to wipe out the Sinn F?in leadership at their party conference of that year. The claim led to a security alert at the house, as police and army searched for the 25-year-old bomb.
