HJ Nick has created this antique style custom iron chandelier inspired by old world classic charm and updated with modern lighting fixtures.
This simple elegance of outward sweeping lines in the design of this custom chandelier, offers an old world charm, and can tie in beautifully with modern interiors as well. Each of the solid iron spindles on this wrought iron ceiling light are hand shaped into a smooth U shaped curve, radiating downward from the central hub and through an outer circular band of the rustic chandelier. Both the central hub and outer band feature a hand hammered texture and the entire piece is suspended by a hand forged iron chain and ceiling light canopy. This beautiful iron chandelier had a patina finish which is created by hand applying iron oxides to the metal and curing them at over 1000 degrees to create a finish that is a permanent part of the metal. Patina will never fade, chip, or crack, and will only improve with time.
