The intricately shaped curves of the headboard, footboard and side rails are hand forged and anvil hammered from solid iron. The iron is then finished with a patina, where iron oxides are hand applied at over 1000 degrees to create a finish that will never fade, chip or crack and will actually improve with age.

The frame and posts are hand hewn, pegged and doweled from exotic cedar. With such fine craftsmanship, our furniture is assured to be investment quality that will last for generations to come. This bed is constructed with pre-drilled iron corner mountings and sturdy cross braces for reliable mattress support. The nightstand, along with all the matching pieces of this custom bedroom set, is built with hand hewn, exotic cedar and fitted with custom, hand forged iron hardware and hand carving done by our master craftsmen.
