This includes wood that is hand hewn with mortise and tenon joinery, and solid, hand forged wrought iron hardware. All of the knobs, and brackets on this custom wet bar are handmade by our expert blacksmiths, using hammer and anvil over a coal fired forge. We hand forge all of our hardware products from solid wrought iron. Furthermore, our hardware is advance patinated to fine art quality standards. This multi-step hand applied process uses and iron oxide that is bonded to the metal at over 1000 degrees. This creates a patina that will only look better at time goes on.

Custom Wet Bar Craftsmanship Details

When we say master crafted in the USA from all natural materials, we take no artistic license with that statement. Each product that is manufactured by ArtFactory.com is build by the hands of our American craftsmen, at our Scottsdale, Arizona factory. We use exclusively full length, naturally air dried American timber. In other words, our wood is dried naturally by the Arizona sun, never by kiln. This time consuming, and labor intensive drying process makes the difference between a furnishing that is made to last, and one that is made to by disposable. The custom wet bar (as shown) is built from solid cedar cypress, but we can build yours using any wood type that you request.

Finally, each product is hand finished to fine art quality. This is done via a multi-step, hand rubbing process that blends the color into the grain of the wood. This process assures that your finish will stand the test of time. What this means is that our finishes will never fade, flake, or crack like powders and paints.
